Appraiser Trainees

Are you a California Licensed Trainee ? Are you ready learn how to appraise residential property - or - do you already know how but need a signing supervisor?  We offer two (2) options to help you get started in the business of appraising Real Estate.  Choose the path that works best for you:

Option 1:  For a flat fee you can "shadow" a seasoned appraiser for 8 weeks, Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm, learning all aspects of appraisal and running an appraisal business. No clients necessary.

Option 2: If you are you a trainee with clients and no supervisor to sign your appraisals our staff of certified and licensed appraisers will take all necessary steps to assist you in the completion of your assignments. 

Both options require you to have the following:

• California Trainee License- required by State Law
• Working Computer
• High Speed Internet Connection and email address
• Appraisal Software***
• Public records data and MLS ***

***Necessary for Option 2 participants to begin training; will eventually be needed by Option 1 participants to start working on your own.

We have everything else you need to complete your the 2,000 hours of appraisal training.

Our dedicated staff of Certified and Licensed Professionals will help you achieve your goal of becoming a fully Licensed or Certified Appraiser.

We are dedicated to helping new appraisers learn all there is to know about appraising, so your report will be USPAP and FNMA (Fannie Mae) compliant.

Learn what mortgage bankers, lenders, underwriters and appraisal reviewers want to see (and not see) on your reports.

We will train, instruct, sign on and review all your reports so you become a fully trained and competent appraiser.
