As a native Angeleno, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the local market, allowing me to provide precise and accurate property valuations. Utilizing the most updated tools and technology, I ensure that every appraisal reflects the true market value.
My extensive experience includes appraising a wide range of properties, from modest homes to multi-million dollar estates for high-profile clients. I bring a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence to every appraisal I conduct.
In my previous role as a Senior Reviewer for a prominent nationwide bank, I was responsible for overseeing the Western Region to ensure the accuracy and integrity of appraisals. This role allowed me to refine my expertise in quality control and compliance, ensuring that every appraisal meets the highest standards.
